When you have your Canon TS702a printer connected to Wi-Fi, you can keep the hassle of dealing with wires and cables at bay. It is not so diffciult to have your Canon TS702a connected a wireless network.

Challenges like a wrong Wi-Fi password or network name (SSID), an unstable internet connection, or a printer not in setup or pairing mode might show up during the setup. To avoid these for a seamless setup process, ensure you have the correct credentials, and you have placed the printer close to the Wi-Fi router range to have a steady connection.

Here is the correct method to know to perform the Canon TS702a Wi-Fi setup correctly:

  • The first step is to power on your printer.

  • After that, press the Setup button on the printer's control panel.

  • Now you need to select “Manual connect.”

  • Scroll down and choose your network by pressing “OK.”

  • Press the OK button once more to open the “Enter password” screen.

  • Use the arrow keys to find a letter, and after that, press the OK button to select it.

Tip: You must use the Setup button to uppercase and lowercase the letters.

  • Once the password is entered, press and hold the OK button to submit.

  • As you see “Apply?,” release the OK button and choose the <yes> option.

  • Once connected to Wi-Fi, press OK.
