Want to install the HP printer driver on your device? Use the following procedure to get a suitable driver for your printer and install it without any hassle. 

  • Go to your browser and go to the HP printer driver’s official website.
  • And then type your HP printer model name in the search section and click on Submit. 
  • After that, you need to verify that the detected operating system is correct. 
  • Next, scroll down and expand Driver-Product Installation Software.
  • Then, you need to download the latest driver. 
  • Head to the downloaded file in the folder.
  • Furthermore, you should drag and drop the file on the desktop.
  • You are required to right-click on the file and select “Show more options” from the list.
  • Move to the Extract File option and press the OK button in the new window.
  • Launch the start menu, then you need to search and click on Printers or Scanners.
  • You need to click on the Add device button/option next to the “Add a printer or scanner” option. 
  • Moreover, a new option, “The printer that I want isn’t listed,” will appear on the screen, so click on Add manually. 
  • Now, click on the “Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings” button and click Next.
  • Also, choose the “Use an existing port” option, select the “USB_001” from the drop-down, and click on Next. (Note- Select com4_001 or any HP port option if the USB option is unavailable.
  • On the next open window, you should choose the “Have Disk” option. 
  • Select Browse, open the extracted file, then open any “.INF” file.
  • After that, keep following the process until the setup is not complete.
