How to Fix Brother HL L2370DW Paper Jam Issue

Here is a complete step-by-step process that can help you get rid of this paper jam issue in your Brother HL L2370DW printer.

. For the initial step, make sure to run your printer for 10 minutes and let the internal parts cool down.

. Next, take out the tray from your Brother printer.

. If you find any jammed paper in the tray opening, then remove it from there.

. Further, open the front cover, remove the drum from there, toner the assembly, and place it on a clean, flat surface.

. Then, you should press the green lock lever and then remove the carriage from the drum unit.

. Carefully inspect the drum unit for any papers and then remove them if you find any.

. Additionally, reinstall the toner cartridge into the drum unit and lock it in place.

. With your front cover open, move to the back of your printer and remove the two-sided tray.

. Now, check for the jammed paper under the machine and take out if there are any.

. Moreover, open the back cover and make sure that the green lever envelope is locked upward.

. Next, open the fuser cover, press the fuser cover from the left and right side, and pull it down.

. If you see any clutter in the fuser unit, then clear it.

. Now, close the fuse cover and reattach the toner and toner assembly.

. Check for damaged and wrinkled paper.

. Finally, try to print a copy of the document to see that everything is working perfectly on your device.
