These are the steps you can follow to complete your Canon PIXMA MG2522 printer setup.  

   . First, turn on your Canon PIXMA MG2522 printer. 

   . If you want to install the ink cartridge, then open its access door. 

   . Please take out the cartridge from the packing and remove its protective tape. 

   . Then, push in the cartridge until you hear the click sound. 

   . Afterward, close the ink cartridge access door. 

   . Select the papers into the tray and load the same paper into the feeder. 

   . On a browser, visit the official Canon website. 

   . Now, type your printer model of your printer and click on the Go button. 

   . Then, you should click on the Download option. 

   . Open the file after the download. 

   . Next, select your region and language. 

   . From the software installation list, choose the driver you want to install and then select Next. 

   . Click on the Yes option to agree with the license agreement. 

   . When you are on the Printer Connection page, connect the Canon printer and computer using the USB cord. 

   . Henceforth, on the Print Head Alignment page, select the Execute tab and then select Align Print Head to proceed. 

   . Now, the printer will print an alignment page. 

   . Next, you should open the scanner lid, place the alignment sheet downward, and close it. 

   . Then, press the color or black print button to proceed. 

   . Once the alignment is done, the printer will print another page. 

   . Afterward, keep following the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.
