Brother MFC L2710DW

In some situations, your printer, Brother MFC L2710DW, can show some problems while printing. Usually, it happens due to various reasons such as low ink level, paper problems, outdated drivers, and several others. In addition, the problem with the printer toner is another common reason for this issue. In this case, you need to reset the printer toner to fix the issue. Follow all the steps carefully to perform the troubleshooting properly.

. Begin by opening the front cover of your Brother MFC L2710DW printer; if you see the “cover is open” message, then ignore it.

. In the next step, press the Clear and Stop/Exit button at the same time.

. After that, you are required to press the Clear button once again.

. Now, you are required to repeat the process until the Reset Menu screen appears.

. Then, go to the TNR-HC option and then select OK.

. Furthermore, you will see the reset and exit options; use the up arrow to select the reset option.

. Once the Accepted message appears on the screen, the toner reset process will be completed.

. When the toner reset process is complete, close the printer’s front cover.

When the toner reset process of your HP printer is complete, check if the printer is still in an error state. Also, try resetting the printer, checking the ink level, updating the printer driver, uploading the system OS, and others. Apart from that, it would be wise to gather more resources if you still need help.
